Revisited Yi Jia South Village Seafood. One of the better zi char near my home. We always go for the fishhead steamboat which are one of their popular dishes.
They were always very generous with the vegetables and the soup was flavourful too.
We had a whole red grouper fish steamboat that evening. Very fresh and sweet tasting and cost about S$40.
My uncle craving for crabs so we ordered the chilli crabs at S$30 per kg only. Surprisingly cheaper than most of the zi char stall. However we find the sauce too sweet for our liking. Should have try their salted egg crabs instead which is the signature dish. Well the next time then...
