Weekend Breakfast IV - Bacon & Scramble Egg w/Toast

With a pack of back bacon sitting in the fridge in danger of expiring, I decided not to waste it and fried it all up and served it with creamy scamble egg and toast for breakfast... should be brunch!



Our big and hearty kind of breakfast!



Scamble egg, bacon, toast and tomato in mayo! Simple and delicious!
