Celebrated a colleague's birthday at Signature's by Lam's. A Chinese restaurant near my workplace where we will only visit on special occasion. Most of the dishes in the menu are executed well and prices are reasonable too.
Crispy Champagne Cod Fish - S$25++
I love cod fish cooked in any style and this was good! The sauce was appetizing and complimented the cod fish very well.
Crispy Skin Roast Pork - S$12++
They serve yummy roast pork. Well seasoned with crackling skin.
Kung Fu Duck - S$10++ (1/4)
This is one of the signature dish but I find it too oily and gamey.
Japanese Style Fried Prawn - S$27++ (M)
Very flavourful! Crispy outer layer, moist and sweet tasting inside.
Fried Egg with Oyster XO Sauce - S$10++
My colleagues all time favourites though I don't find any wow factor.
Brasied Bean Curb - S$8++
Super soft and smooth tofu in delicious minced pork sauce. More rice please... lol!
Chinese Spinach w/Silver Fish in Superior Soup Stock - S$10++
After all the fried dishes, this gave a good cleansing to our palates.
Lam's Special Vegetable Fruit Juice
This is a signature juice of Lam's. Assorted veg juice flavoured with plum powder! My colleagues' favourites too though not my cup of tea. Anything with plum powder...please count me out...lol!
