Since my workplace relocated to Upper Thomson area last year, lunching out become interesting as there are many nice food around the area. Yong Cheng Bak BKT located in one of the coffee shop at Sin Ming Road is one of the historical stall in Singapore and has been around for more than 30 years already.
Yong Cheng serves authentic Teochew style bak kut teh.
The soup was very light and clear but suprisingly tasty though some part of the ribs were rather tough.
Pork liver was nicely cooked and tender.
The salted vegetable was not well stewed, can be skipped.
