Chinese New Year Day 7 Lunch & Lo Hei

On Day 7 (人日) of CNY 2012, I played host and invited my close friends with their families over to my place for lunch. Quite a norm to do so and always the last stop is my place. We cooked some simple stuff and ordered some items.  



A simple and yet enjoyable lunch... glad that my guests enjoyed it! So what's on the menu, enjoy!

Simple Snack - Otah Spring Rolls

A simple snack using frozen products from supermarkets - Spring roll skin & New moon muar otah.


Crispy Otah Spring Rolls






Use microwave to cook the otah and let it cool down before wrapping it with the spring roll skin.
