Claypot rice, a traditional cantonese food where rice, chicken, chinese sausages & salted fish are cooked in a claypot over charcoal stove. Mix with thick dark soya sauce & lard oil when serving. However for health issue, a lot of stalls had omit the lard and the one we went tonite at Bukit Batok also didn't put lard.

It's has a few serving size. We ordered the one that serve 5 at $18.00. I think it's quite cheap as the portion was a lot and each of us can have at least 2 bowls of rice. The chicken was a lot but too little salted fish. I find that it's lack the traditional taste but my family enjoyed it.
