Bei Zhan Seafood - Revisited

It's my colleague Sharon's birthday and a group of us gave her a zi char lunch treat. We went back to this zi char stall at Shun Li where the last time we tried was quite average. This time the food was quite disappointing, seem like change of chef, not nice at all. The cooking was very bland.

Teochew Style Steamed Fish
Spring Onion & Ginger Deer Meat

The fish was overcooked and the deer meat was bland.

Sweet & Sour Pork
Minced Pork & Tofu

The pork was not crispy and a bit dry. The tofu was quite ok compared to the rest.

2 Eggs Soupy Chinese Spinach
Stir Fry Broccoli & Cauliflower

The spinach supposed to be soupy but no soup at all, just a bit of sauce. The cauliflower was undercooked.
