The Breakfast Show Menu 1 w/Chef Yong

It has been quite sometimes ago since I last attended Chef Yong's Cooking Workshop. This is one of his new menu that I never attended before. Since my colleague was interested too so we went together to attend it at Serangoon CC. As usual 3 recipes were taught. All of them were quite nice except the scone which we disliked the baking soda after taste.

3 Mushroom Frittata with Truffle Mayonnaise


Thick omelette filled with 3 types of mushroom (shitake, button and porcini mushroom) served with mayonnaise flavoured with Truffle oil.


Homemade Herb Flavoured Fresh Chicken Sausage Patties
Served with Butter Rolls & Roasted Garlic and Oregano Cherry Tomatoes



Chicken sausage patties perfect for burger or English muffin.


Cheddar Cheese Scone with Smoked Turkey Breast


Savoury scone with cheese & ham.
