On first day of CNY, is always a stay home day for me. As usual we prepared lunch for our visiting relatives. With Aunt around, everything were whipped up quickly. Yeah... thanks Aunt!
A simple lunch with some left over from reunion dinner.
Ee Fu Noodles (Noodles symbolise longevity)
Golden Puffy Prawns (Prawn symbolise Happiness)
Miso Chap Chye (Mixed vegetables symbolise good luck)
Seafood Soup (using the leftover steamboat ingredients to cook a simple soup)
Prosperity Pot (taste even better the next day...)
Hope all of you have enjoyed your CNY so far... one more week to enjoy and feast before Yuan Xiao!

Gong Xi Fa Cai! look at all these dishes, i feel so hungry now. Every dishes look so yummy!
