A revisit to Mitzi with family, a restaurant that serve real good Cantonese cuisine. They serve one of the best Fish Maw Soup and Seafood Hor fun.
Fish Maw Soup - S$30.00
Delight yourself in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4
A popular dish too. Nicely roasted and meat was well seasoned with herbal extracts. The sauce was nice, full of dongkui flavour!
An unique way to serve kailan, sweet and savoury meicai complimented the crunchy saute kailan rather well.
The beehoon did not disappoint too. Light yet robust with flavour! Beehoon fried with prawns, scallop, salted fish bits & kailan stem, stewed with premium stock. This dish I love to try cooking at home.
Since it's a reunion dinner, we had tang yuan for dessert.
It was cooked in the traditional way with a good stock to braise the bamboo shoot, chicken, seafood, vegetables and tofu. A comforting dish and the sauce was very tasty that went very well with rice.
Full of wok hei and the sliced fish was thick and fresh.
Has not tasted such good wok hei beehoon for awhile already. I think they serve one of the best Seafood/Fish hor fun and beehoon in Singapore.

The stock was rich and tasty but too little fin and too much dried scallop. Please don't ever try scrapping the pumpkim flesh to go with the soup, we tried and the pumpkim actually taste funny not cooked.
