It's Dumpling Festival again! I find it was rather quiet compared to last few years. Is it now people are more health conscious or times are really bad. Or maybe younger generations don't like all these traditional food anymore. Personally I don't really fancy dumpling too but during the festive, I will at least being offered one dumpling from people around me. This morning my boss bought a whole bundle of dumplings in for us. I took one for lunch. I prefer those savoury type compared to nonya type. It was so so only still prefer those home made dumplings especially from my MIL...
