Here's some of the photos taken in Stage 4 at Cairhill CC. Some of the recipes in stage 4 are my all times favourite as I have done it quite a few times eg Tiramisu, Durian Mousse Cake & White Fruit Cake.
Out of the 18 recipes, my favourites in Stage 4 are Chocolate Strawberry Cheese Cake, Durian Butter Cake, Durian Mousse Cake, Lemon Sour Cream Cake,Orange Yogurt cake, Orange Mousse Cake, Tiramisu & White Fruit Cake. (8/18)

Sorry, I find it troublesome to exhange recipes and further whatever I have, I already have no time to try it out.
