Last week my brother came back from Frankfurd, Germany and brought back a big bundle of white asparagus for us. So the following few days, Aunt had make the following delicious dishes with it for us. Also our first time having white instead of the usual green asparagus. I think the white asparagus are nicer than the green type. It's sweeter and juicer.
Aunt stir fry it with oyster sauce, as a compliment to stir fry ginger & onion fish belly and lastly boiled it to serve with chicken chops & mash potatoes.
