Valerie's Chocolate Fondant Workshop


6th May 2010

Attended another Valerie's workshop at The Serangoon CC. Chocolate fondant cake - a very rich chocolate cake where the lava was created by custard. Pink almond heart cookies - perfect Valentine's bakes.

Pictures above makes me mouth watery & wanna take a bite of it :p OHMYGOD, i have not seen any pink sugar in any store. Valerie are creative & i love reading your baking blog ! Nice layout & photos your daughter must be quite joyful to have such a nice princess cake on her birthday !
