Never tasted Amaretti, is it with coconut? and that biscotti, it is soft since it has cherry in it.

Hi edith,

The ingredients for amaretti are very simple just ground almond, sugar & egg white. Texture is chewy. The biscotti texture is quite hard.

If is on weekend I will be interested.
