Straits Kitchen is a Halal certified restaurant that served Asian buffet. This is one of the very authentic local buffet that featured only Chinese, Malay & Indian (the 3 main races in Singapore) cuisines from appetizer, main to dessert. My first visit was sometimes in Feb 2010 and was a rather pleasant one. Revisited Straits Kitchen again recently, it's a work affair dinner. The menu is still the same & cooking is consistent so no surprises and disappointment. Here's some of the food I shared with fellow colleagues...
